    好久沒發小巴底的翻譯文瞭~

    聽著Dan沉迷撩撥的嗓音

    只覺得一陣癢意(?直竄腦門

    然後手就開始不聽使喚的開始打字了(笑笑笑

 

    其實這算是一篇贖罪文吧~

    最近在youtube發現一個名為Bad Skeleton. Bastille的頻道

    點進去一看

    卻驚恐地發現裡面的歌我都沒在部落格介紹阿(掩面

    一仔細回想

    才驚覺不只是一些合作曲

    連在第一張專輯裡與自己相處最久的"孩子們"

    也有好幾位被我冷落遺忘

    我真是一位不稱職的父親阿(嗯?

    Anyway~

    在下一張專輯發行前

    我會盡力找出那些神情落寞地遺落在宣傳光環外的孩子們

    並在這裡集中秀秀(?

    至於為什麼要統一在一篇文章

    那當然是因為我的善心(懶惰)

    這樣大家就不用一篇篇點進去看啦~

    終於翻完了030

    這篇真的翻超久拉!> <

    其實寒假時就有在翻

    但常常翻一翻手指就忍不住點來點去

    看看美劇、看看youtube、看看漫畫、聽聽歌、玩玩遊戲

    結果一天一天就這樣過去了0口0

    其實後面2首都是在開學後開始打工

    在值班時翻好的ww

    反正值班就是接電話紀錄報修案件

    沒電話的時候就能做自己的事

    還滿愉悅的(?

    

    只能說Dan神真的超厲害、超敬業的拉!

    就算不是主打歌的歌詞

    依舊非常精緻、富有文藝氣息

    一看就知道注入了滿滿心血才完成的!

 

    第一首Overjoyed和第三首Weapon相映成趣

    都訴說言詞的力量

    只是Overjoyed是比較否定質疑的論調

    而Weapon則是在發難的情緒發表後

    轉而變成激勵、勸說的正面語調

    

    第二首Durban Skiesy則讓我想到國中課本裡的「謝天」

    德班(Durban)位於南非，是Dan神父母的出生地

    跟《All This Bad Blood》的其他歌相比

    Durban Skies中可以看到心胸和視野都更開闊的Dan

    或許就像之前歌評裡講的

    《All This Bad Blood》大多是講述比較青少年那種

    比較多愁善感、騷動不安的心

    但我覺得青少年的情感面向絕對不只這樣的

    Durban Skies正講述了一種從自我質詢的轉移至血脈、根源探索的成長歷程

    而一句All that I've got to be thankful for正體現如「謝天」一文中的絕對謙卑

    這樣絕對的謙卑卻蘊含著無比崇高的情操

 

    Axe To Grind要講述的......

    嗯......

    我只能說我不太懂lol

    不過我想到Weapon和Axe To Grind都是收錄在《V.S.》這張混碟裡

    我想阿Dan又偷偷用雙關語了吧(每次都偷來，超壞der ww

    V.S.既指Bastille與別的音樂人合作

    而合作的音樂人也與他們原本的style相差滿大(像是rap)

    這帶給聽者一種衝突抗衡的美感

    另一方面收錄的歌曲也有講到個人與群體之間

    那種相互抗衡、爭鬥的關係

    與第一張專輯相較

    觀點更新穎、觸角更銳利

 

    最後一首Overload

    是Dan為"Kill your friends"這部電影所作的

    這邊附上官方預告(雖然沒中文字幕就是惹lol)

    

    看完預告後覺得是部黑色幽默的喜劇

    歌曲的調調好像跟影片......不太搭(?

    不過我也沒看過完整影片拉

    不應該妄下斷論(迷之音:都已經說出來了...

    不過不得不說

    "the tension is incredible"~"please don't say no"這段歌詞

    真是讓我腐情四溢阿(傻笑

    不過我想應該是跟電影某部分呼應才寫的吧

    應該又是我一廂情願的個人投射了lol(最近看太多"上癮了" 該去勒戒勒戒惹orz
